Jamie Lynn Spears has been shown tearfully discussing her sister Britney Spears in a preview for an upcoming TV interview on Good Morning America.

' I love my sister,' Jamie is heard saying, before presenter Juju Chang probes : ‘ But things have gotten complicated ? ’' I guess so,' Jamie, 30, replies.

The star has initially titled her 240-page book I Must Confess : Family, Fame, and Figuring it Out referencing lyrics in Britney's 1998 hit Baby One More Time.

Ahead of the 30-year-old's highly-anticipated TV interview with Good Morning America, eager fans have been treated to a sneak peek of the emotional chat as former child star Jamie-Lynn opens up about her 'complicated' relationship with Britney for the first time.

Chang also quizzed the mum-of-two about what caused the rift between her and Britney- who is currently lapping up her newfound freedom after her 13-year conservatorship finally came to an end last year.

Good Morning America shared a clip of the interview ahead of it airing on the network on Wednesday.
